Sharon K. Clark, 77, Indiahoma passed away Saturday January 11th, 2020 with her loving family by her side.
Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Friday January 17th, 2020 at Comanche Nation Funeral Home Chapel with Valarie Clark officiating. Burial will be 1:00 P.M. Friday January 24th, 2020 at Ft. Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, OK.
Sharon was born April 30th, 1942 in White City Illinois to Guy and Norma (Hughes) Yates. She married Benjamin Clark on October 28, 1961 in Lawton. They had two children, Valerie and Curtis eleven years apart. Being a military family they traveled to numerous duty stations in Eugene Oregon, Milford Kansas, El Paso Texas and Berlin Germany. They settled in Indiahoma and made their home there. She enjoyed listening to ELVIS, watching T.V. shows Wheel of Fortune and I love Lucy, going to Walmart, going out to eat and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Comanche Reformed Church.
She is survived by her husband Ben of the home, children; Valerie Jones and companion Andy Owen and Curtis Clark and Janease of Lawton. Brother; Guy Yates of IL. Grandchildren; Shannon Jones of Lawton, Kellie Nelson and husband Tony Nelson of Tinker AFB, Keith and Seslie Jones of Lawton, Anna Peralta of Norman, Skylar Clark of Lawton, Emily Peralta of Weatherford, Brandon Clark of Summerville SC. Six Great Grandchildren, and best friend Sharon Croom of Doolittle Missouri, and other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Guy and Norma Yates. Brother; Larry Yates.
