Remember the golden rule about anything you read online “always check your sources.” The IRS website is a trusted source for learning about stimulus payments, an unsourced Facebook meme is not.

Doom scrolling, the endless cycle of flipping through bad news on your phone, is a sure fire way to send your anxiety through the roof. Break that cycle.
