Duncan girls place top three indivduals, cruise to Lady Highlander title
The defending state champions left their imprint at the Lawton Country Club, where the Duncan girls golf team placed the top three individuals while cruising to the team title at the Lady Highlander Invitational on Monday.
As a team, the Demons carded a 346, finishing 37 strokes ahead of runner-up Ardmore. Duncan’s Brooklyn Bostick was crowned the individual champion of the Lady Highlander Invitational by firing a 76, which was nine strokes ahead of her teammate Gentry Cox, who shot an 85 to finish runner-up. Fellow Demon teammate Lynlee Graham shot an 87, tying for third place with Courtney Beck of Eisenhower.
