Man jailed for hitting, spitting on deputies
An Anadarko man is in jail in lieu of $50,000 bond for allegedly punching and threatening the life of one deputy and spitting into the mouth of an EMT.
Shelby J. Post, 50, made his initial appearance Monday in Caddo County District Court, where he received felony charges of assault and battery on a police officer and prisoner placing body fluid on government employee, along with a misdemeanor count of threatening to perform an act of violence, court records indicate. He faces up to 5 years in prison if convicted.
