Competency hearing set for Chickasha woman accused of stabbing, assaulting police

A competency hearing is scheduled for a Chickasha woman in jail for allegedly stabbing her ex-husband three times and for kicking an Apache police officer during her August arrest.

A competency hearing for Wanda Darlene Rutledge, 55, is scheduled for 1 p.m. Nov. 15, in Caddo County District Court, records indicate. She is represented by Albert J. Hoch Jr., of Oklahoma City, from the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System.
