Boo Review planned in Duncan
DUNCAN — “Everybody likes to dress up at Halloween,” Destiny Ahlfenger said, “so during the day we’ll focus on the kiddos and then in the evening the ‘grown-up kiddos’ will get their chance to dress up.
“We think it will be a lot of fun.”
Ahlfenger, the executive director of Main Street Duncan Inc., was explaining changes that lie ahead today, when the 2018 Boo Review is held in downtown Duncan.
In the past, the Boo Review has been a special Halloween event for youngsters, with a costume contest and other activities geared toward the children. That won’t change; kids in all sorts of costumes will be trick-or-treating from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and there will be a costume contest starting at noon on the corner of Main and 10th streets.
