ALTUS A fire in a dormitory at Western Oklahoma State College damaged two dorm rooms Tuesday.
The blaze was reported about 9:23 a.m. Judith Norton, the college's director of public information and marketing, said the fire occurred on the second floor of the residence hall west of the main campus. The Altus Fire Department contained the blaze to two rooms.
Norton said that all students in the dormitory were evacuated to the gymnasium on the main campus following the report of the fire. No injuries were reported.
