ELDORADO Voters in the town of Eldorado will go to the polls Tuesday to decide on a resolution to sell city-owned property.
That resolution calls for the sale of the former City Hall building, located at 104 South 4th Street. It has been vacant for the past few months after the shop portion was moved to a new location in June. The city hall vacated the building some three years ago and relocated to its present site at 500 State Highway 6.
Janice Miller, city clerk, said that, if the resolution is approved by voters, the building will be sold by the city. However, she said she is unsure how the building would be sold as that decision would be left to the city council.
