MEDICINE PARK  Medicine Park guru Charley Wright invites area residents to have a frightening good time this evening at the town ruins behind the Old Plantation Restaurant.

No one puts on a Halloween party like Wright, and he promises everyone will have plenty of spooky fun.

"We've been doing Halloween parties for 35 years, ever since we were out at the Lawton Dining Club," he said. "We've done one in the ruins a couple times and people loved them so we decided to hold one here this year."

There will, no doubt, be reports of wolf men, vampires, mummies and plenty of other monster sightings after dusk in the resort town. Everyone is welcome to stop by the ruins at any point tonight after the sun goes down. The ruins will be transformed into a spooktacular attraction with a personality all to its own. The party will continue until past midnight. Wright has spent much of the week preparing his own witch's stew, but remains mum on what is being added. In the meantime, last-minute party-goers should pick out their costumes and make sure to bring their own "boos."
