The Halloween Health and Safety Carnival will take place from noon until 7 p.m. Tuesday in Red Buffalo Hall of the Kiowa Tribal Complex in Carnegie. There will be free popcorn, cotton candy and, at 6 p.m., a free hot dog feed.
The free event, sponsored by the Kiowa Tribe Employees Association and Community Partners, will feature many informational booths including free car seat checks, free child IDs, Sooner Care info, flu shots, as well as giveaways, games and activities for all ages.
Toward the evening there'll be Trick-Or-Treating and a costume contest. Also attendees can sign up for drawings for a boy's bike and a girl's bike. Everyone is welcome.
