OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) An Oklahoma City attorney who was arrested three times on alcohol-related charges has been given a public reprimand by a divided state Supreme Court.
In the 5-4 ruling Tuesday, the court deferred suspending attorney Lewis B. Moon for two years and a day and ordered him to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
In a dissenting opinion, Chief Justice Stephen Taylor and justices Yvonne Kauger, Douglas Combs and Noma Gurich wrote that they would immediately suspend Moon.
