Dynamic Fisher does it all for Eagles

The world of football is filled with athletes who excel at their craft and are able to accomplish the tasks required by their position.

Then there are those who are seemingly not defined by a position, simply doing whatever is asked of them.Without a doubt, Eisenhower's RJ Fisher fits into the latter category.

If his first three years of high school athletics are any indication, responsibility and spotlight do not appear to bother him one bit.

As a freshman, he played a crucial role on the Eagles' basketball team as it claimed a state championship, and he has been the starting point guard on the varsity for nearly his whole career. He also has been honing his speed on the track and field team.

The senior has also been the starting quarterback for the Eagles since his sophomore season, but he plays safety on the defensive side of the ball as well. If that is not enough, Fisher has done everything for the team this season from catch passes to return kickoffs.

Fisher's performance in the season opener against city rival MacArthur is a quintessentail example of his do-it-all abilities.

Fisher led the Eagles in each of the three major offensive categories  passing, rushing and receiving. Last week against Guymon, Fisher wasn't even Ike's leader in passing yards. He was, however, the team's leading rusher, receiver and punter.
