Duncan hospital makes Top 100 list
DUNCAN Duncan Regional Hospital was recently named one of the Top 100 Rural & Community Hospitals in the United States for the third straight year by The Chartis Center for Rural Health.
"This achievement is very gratifying and validates our daily commitment to providing the best health care possible to our community," said Jay Johnson, the hospital's president and CEO. "This recognition for three years in a row is truly a reflection of how our medical staff and team members provide the highest quality care we can to our friends and families. We are so honored to be named as one of the Top 100 again this year."
Duncan Regional Hospital scored in the top 100 of rural and community hospitals on iVantage Health Analytics' Hospital Strength INDEX. The INDEX is the industry's most comprehensive and objective assessment of rural provider performance and its results are the basis for many of rural healthcare's most prominent awards, advocacy efforts and legislative initiatives, according to the hospital.
